Since Helion's founding in 2013, we have raised over $600 million from investors such as Sam Altman, Mithril, and Capricorn Investment Group to propel us forward. Our last prototype, Trenta, completed 10,000 high-power pulses and reached plasma temperatures of 100 million degrees Celsius (9 keV).

What You Will Be Doing:

This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in maintaining a secure environment.
You Will:
- Patrol and monitor properties
- Provide strong customer experiences through communication with guests and employees
- Enforce site-specific directives
- Uphold all company policies
- Coordinate with law enforcement/emergency responders
- Maintain high visibility and attentiveness to details
- Be on-call for shift coverage needs such as callouts
- Collaborate with management and peers
- Be a team player
Required Skills:
- Ability to participate in regular physical activity, including standing, walking, and climbing stairs and inclines
- High school diploma or GED
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Stand or walk on different surfaces for long periods
- Prior experience working with physical security access control systems such as Genetech, Lenel S2, Access IT!, CCTV, etc.
- CPR, First Aid, AED certification preferred
- Microsoft office suite and similar applications
Part time is recognized at 30 or less hours per week. By applying for this on-call position, you acknowledge that part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to maintaining internal equity, ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams.
This is a non-exempt hourly role.
Hourly Pay Rate
$24—$31 USD
