Your responsibility covers information security, physical security, protective security and security operations, with a strong focus on risk management, preparedness and continuous improvement.

- Relevant experience in information security, security management, risk management or a related field, with a good understanding of information security management systems and ISO 27001
- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. level degree in a relevant field
- Experience in security risk assessment and risk-based security management, with the ability to translate requirements and risks into practical business solutions
- Experience or interest in broader business security areas such as physical and protective security, incident and crisis management, business continuity, security services or M&A integration

What's in it for you?
This role offers an opportunity to take security beyond a single discipline and contribute to the development of a broader business security and resilience capability.
You will have the freedom and responsibility to shape security practices, develop your expertise across multiple security domains and work with a broad network of professionals in Finland and internationally.
Your work will have a tangible impact on how we protect our people, information, facilities and operations – and how prepared we are for an evolving security environment.
