Credence has an immediate opening for a B-2 Security Manager B-2 Div (WBZ) at the senior level to support the B-2 Division who is responsible for the modernization, test, production, fielding and sustainment of B-2 aircraft and related systems. The B-2 is a high demand, low density fleet that is 20+ years old, is undergoing numerous concurrent acquisitions to solve obsolescence issues, and delivers critical aerial denial/anti-access and nuclear capabilities at WPAFB, OH, or Tinker AFB, OK.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Assist with providing directorate security operations support, including multi-disciplined security support to the customer’s facility and organization, as well as day-to-day support for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
- Assist with preparing and coordinating security-related briefing materials, providing security-related technical assistance for briefings, meetings, and conferences, and tracking security program action items and suspense’s.
- Prepare security-related spreadsheets, briefings, figures, graphics, tables, forms, documents, program documentation, and briefing materials while applying strong analytical writing skills to document program security methods and decisions.
- Assist with managing newcomer and security-related databases, providing administrative and logistical support for visitor control functions, processing personnel security investigation documents, reviewing documents for accuracy, and tracking submitted personnel security clearance requests.
- Assist with developing security requirements into contractual commitments and administratively coordinating DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining official file plans using AFRIMS, including electronic files management, records management, and file plan management.
- Support administrative duties of a SAP Facility in accordance with DoDI 5205.11, DoDM 5205.07 Volumes 1–4, JSIG, or current guidance, including submitting PARs, gaining and maintaining accreditation as required, and managing the self-inspection program.
- Assist in maintaining an appropriately classified computerized database of government and DoD contractor personnel with access to SAR programs as identified by individual task orders.
- Perform administrative tasks necessary to support security operational functions, provide security-related technical assistance to AFLCMC/WWZ organizations, groups, and committees for briefings and conferences, and effectively interact with DoD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners in a dynamic environment.
- Assist in providing resource protection and manning at the Entry Control Point for the Tinker WSSC, including two personnel per shift for 24-hour operations Monday through Friday and two personnel per shift between 0600–1900 on Saturday.
- Process visitors in accordance with WSSC security policies, implement interior and exterior random anti-terrorism measures, participate in real-world emergencies and exercises, monitor alarm systems and cameras, and respond to B-2 WSSC facility emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
Requirements
Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have a Top-Secret clearance with the ability to be read onto SCI.
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD;
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD;
- OR fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) years of which must be in the DoD.
- In addition, the candidate must be certified in Security Fundamentals Professional Certification through the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Security Professional Education Development Program. In lieu of certification, must demonstrate currency with other DCSA training pertaining to information, personnel, industrial, and physical security programs through DCSA.

Skills Required
