Job requirements at a high level would look like:
- Responsible for implementing Tanium cybersecurity solutions to our enterprise customers.
- This is a customer facing role where will be trusted to advise all levels of a prospective cybersecurity team.
- Be able to move between customer-facing consulting to building security content and project management.
- You should feel comfortable and competent in promoting the features of the cybersecurity solutions we support while aiding our customers in the technical details of integrating the technology.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with cybersecurity in a technical role. This can include a customer-facing role such as PS (Professional Services) or technical sales engineering or a senior role in a security operations team.
- Knowledge of market trends in the cybersecurity industry such as ransomware, attack frameworks, Zero Trust, etc.
- Experience with enterprise security solutions such as threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management.
- Experience deploying SIEM, SOAR, and threat intelligence solutions from provisioning to production.
- Experience with Tanium EDR
- At least one relevant industry certification (Security+, Network+, CYSA+).
Nice to have:
- Tanium Certified Professional – Endpoint Management (TCPEM) – Focuses on managing and administering Tanium’s operations modules.
- Tanium Certified Professional – Endpoint Risk & Security (TCPRS) – Covers security, risk, and compliance use cases.
Skills Required
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity in a technical role
- Knowledge of cybersecurity market trends, including ransomware, attack frameworks, and Zero Trust
- Experience with enterprise security solutions such as threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, and cloud security posture management
