About the Job : We are seeking a proactive and skilled Process Automation Engineer to join the Managed Identity team at Cyderes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code with a specific focus on automating IAM-related processes across our portfolio of existing customer environments, helping to drive efficiency, consistency, and compliance in identity operations.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions for Identity Managed Services. Your work will directly support security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, or Ruby to streamline identity and access management (IAM) processes.
- Automate manual monitoring tasks to enhance efficiency and platform oversight.
- Leverage technologies such as Azure, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Okta, AWS IAM, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, and CyberArk to address automation gaps and improve IAM workflows.
- Partner with security, cloud infrastructure, and application teams to identify IAM automation opportunities and implement tailored solutions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to manage expectations, prioritize work based on evolving business needs, and ensure timely delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM automation workflows and operational support procedures.
Requirement:
- 5+ years’ experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell AND/ OR Java, Ruby, Python.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform/ Ansible).
- Experience working with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred
- Working knowledge of API integrations and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD)
- Robotic Processing Automation experience preferrable.
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management basic principles preferred.
