Security Awareness, Behavior, & Culture Analyst II (Remote) - WashU IT
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze program data and monitor the effectiveness of ABC programs.
- Conduct research and write content for the SECURED newsletter, guidance pages, and other written communications, translating complex and technical information into easily understandable terms.
- Lead the end-to-end production of custom microlearning materials and phishing simulations, fostering secure behaviors.
- Engage with university leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Help develop training curriculum and phish testing strategy using visual design and editing software such as Vyond, Articulate, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Configure and maintain content in Learning Management System (LMS) platforms like KnowBe4, Workday Learning, and Canvas.
- Provide customer support, quickly assessing and addressing customer needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Lead teams and manage initiatives.
- Plan and manage events for Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
