Estamos buscando un(a) Security Architect
¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Serás responsable de administrar, mantener, optimizar y evolucionar plataformas de seguridad perimetral críticas para nuestros cliente, combinando visión arquitectónica con una sólida capacidad técnica hands-on. Tendrás un rol clave en la resolución de incidentes complejos, el análisis de causa raíz y la mejora continua de entornos de seguridad empresariales, contribuyendo a la estabilidad, disponibilidad y protección de servicios estratégicos.
Principales responsabilidades
• Administrar, mantener y actualizar las plataformas de seguridad incluidas en el alcance del servicio.
• Resolver incidentes complejos de seguridad y conectividad mediante troubleshooting end-to-end entre WAF, Proxy/SASE, NGFW, Load Balancers y componentes de red.
• Ejecutar administración avanzada, mantenimiento, fine tuning y cambios sobre plataformas de seguridad.
• Analizar performance, comportamiento de tráfico y configuraciones para identificar causas raíz y riesgos técnicos.
• Proponer mejoras proactivas para problemas recurrentes, configuraciones e infraestructura.
• Participar en la evolución y estandarización de la arquitectura de seguridad perimetral.
• Coordinar con equipos de Networking, Aplicaciones, Datacenter y proveedores durante incidentes cross-technology.
• Mantener ownership técnico de los casos hasta su resolución o estabilización, documentando procedimientos, hallazgos y cambios.
• Actuar como referente técnico y punto de escalamiento para problemas complejos dentro del dominio de Security.
- Experiencia senior demostrable administrando y troubleshootando plataformas de seguridad en ambientes productivos.
- Experiencia hands-on en WAF, Proxy/SASE y Firewalls NGFW.
- Conocimientos avanzados de troubleshooting en tecnologías de seguridad perimetral.
- Capacidad para analizar problemas cross-technology y distinguir fallas entre firewall, WAF, proxy, balanceadores, red y aplicaciones.
- Experiencia ejecutando cambios productivos con evaluación de riesgos, planes de rollback y validación post implementación.
- Inglés avanzado (C1 Será evaluado).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en cobertura horaria de Estados Unidos (12:00 a 21:00 hrs) y participar en ventanas de cambio fuera del horario productivo.
- Título profesional en Ingeniería en Redes, Ciberseguridad, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín.
Requisitos deseables
- Experiencia en administración y troubleshooting de WAF, idealmente F5.
- Experiencia con soluciones Proxy/Secure Web Access, deseablemente Netskope.
- Experiencia en plataformas NGFW, especialmente Palo Alto y Check Point.
- Conocimientos en Load Balancing con F5 y/o Radware.
- Conocimientos de Routing & Switching (IPv4, OSPF, MP-BGP y MPLS).
- Experiencia en ambientes Cisco IOS, NX-OS y redes LAN/WAN multi-site.
- Conocimiento o experiencia en soluciones SD-WAN.
- Certificaciones como Check Point CCSA/CCSE, Palo Alto Networks Network Security Professional, Fortinet NSE 5 o NSE 6, CCNP Security, F5, Netskope, Infoblox o ITIL Foundation v4.

Skills Required
- Demonstrable senior experience administering and troubleshooting security platforms in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with WAF, Proxy/SASE, and NGFW firewalls.
- Advanced troubleshooting knowledge of perimeter security technologies.
- Ability to analyze cross-technology issues across firewalls, WAF, proxies, load balancers, networks, and applications.
- Experience executing production changes with risk assessment, rollback plans, and post-implementation validation.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level; English will be assessed.
- Availability to work U.S. coverage hours from 12:00 to 21:00 and participate in after-hours change windows.
- Professional degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- WAF administration and troubleshooting experience, preferably with F5.
- Proxy or secure web access solution experience, preferably Netskope.
- NGFW platform experience, especially Palo Alto and Check Point.
- Load balancing knowledge using F5 and/or Radware.
