*Employee must be available for a rotating on-call schedule that requires employee to immediately come to work to handle technical issues.
JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintain and trouble shoot alarm equipment issues.

Assist Security Techs with install jobs/services calls.

Learn all aspects of security job.

Explain procedures related to customer's security system.

Diagnose and rectify customer issues with alarm equipment.

Maintains workplace cleanliness and organization.

Remains educated and informed of industry trends in products, procedures and services.

Ensures that customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
