Siebert Williams Shank continues to expand its high-profile Taxable Fixed Income new issue, sales and trading business, especially in Securitized Products. The firm is an active underwriter of numerous new issue ABS, CMBS and MBS deals, and is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced person to lead the firm’s securitized products syndicate effort. The successful candidate should have:
- SIE, 7 and 63 required; 24 and 79 required within 90 days of hire
- Substantial securitized products syndicate experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Relationships with syndicate desks and issuers
- Ideally, investor relationships and the ability to understand their objectives
- Excellent product knowledge
- Proactive, creative, good organizational skills and a team player
Target fixed compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
