Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a vision and roadmap for transforming testing practices, focusing on automation, AI, and advanced analytics.
- Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency, coverage, and quality.
- Lead change initiatives, upskill teams, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish standardized, scalable testing processes and best practices across products and regions.
- Communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of transformation initiatives on quality, speed, and cost.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Demonstrate extensive experience in functional and regression testing within the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to Global Custody, ETFs, Trade Processing, Payments, Lending, Direct Custody, Asset Servicing, and Tax Services.
- Apply proficiency in Agile methodologies and adapt to evolving project management frameworks, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Gather requirements, document user stories, and execute test scripts to meet complex project goals.
- Leverage automation tools such as UI Path and other RPA solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Utilize advanced skills in data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView) for creating actionable reports and dashboards.
- Communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written skills; conduct stakeholder forums, provide clear updates, and foster transparency and collaboration.
- Coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines; apply project management tools and techniques.
- Lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams, promoting high performance, collaboration, and a positive culture.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
