Join a team that drives seamless client onboarding and business growth for a diverse, global client base. As a Client Solutions and Implementations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client experiences across the Securities Services organization.
As a Client Solutions and Implementations Manager, you will manage the end-to-end project delivery for new and incremental business within Securities Services. You'll work with a wide range of clients-including asset managers, hedge funds, private equity, pension funds, banks, and more-ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions. Your work will span multiple products and complex deals, collaborating with stakeholders across the firm to deliver high-impact results.
Job responsibilities
- Lead execution of key implementation projects, managing resources across locations and disciplines
- Drive client requirements gathering and propose target solutions
- Collaborate with internal partners to design, document, and secure sign-off on solutions
- Develop and manage project delivery plans, facilitate legal agreement negotiations, and execute with robust governance
- Actively mitigate and manage project risk, scope containment, and change management
- Motivate and manage virtual teams across multiple locations
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to improve practices
- Prioritize, track, and report on all projects in the pipeline
- Ensure compliance with controls and procedures
- Own project communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver high levels of client satisfaction
- Contribute strategies for excellent client experience and ongoing process improvement
- Drive internal team and department-wide initiatives
- Support Sales and RFP teams in pre-win phases
- Represent the Solutions team in sales cycles and pitches
- Influence senior executives at key clients
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Working knowledge of Securities Services products (Custody, Fund Accounting, Fund Admin, Hedge Funds Servicing, Investment Analytics, Compliance, ETFs, IMOS, Private Equity, Real Estate Services, Securities Lending, Collateral Management, Prime Custody, Trading Services, Fusion)
- Project and program management skills
- Highly structured and methodical execution
- Clear, articulate, and concise verbal and written communication
- Client-facing skills
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across disciplines
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to identify and resolve risks
- Systematic approach to removing ambiguity

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5-10 years in Financial Services, particularly Securities Servicing
- 3+ years in a client-facing project management role or commensurate experience
- Experience driving process improvements and strategic initiatives
- Ability to represent and champion teams in sales cycles and client interactions
With planned real estate expansion for JPMorganChase, this role is subject to change locations within the Tampa region.
