Securities Services - Asia Pacific Pitchbooks Writer – Proposals & Presentations Officer, Associate

As an Asia Pacific Pitchbooks Writer in the Sales Enablement Group, you will be responsible for creating and producing sales pitchbooks that support Securities Services business objectives across the region. You will work closely with global and regional teams, translating sales strategies and client requirements into engaging, compliant pitch materials. You will help us deliver high-quality presentations that meet client needs, while continuously improving our processes and methodologies. In this role, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to the success of our sales organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Create best-in-class pitchbooks for Asia Pacific, and for other regions as needed
- Build strong working relationships with senior partners across Sales, Service, and Product teams
- Manage multiple pitchbook projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery
- Develop strategic pitch documents that address client needs and sales themes
- Ensure all contributors adhere to pitchbook development processes and standards
- Evaluate pitchbook processes to ensure J.P. Morgan product competitiveness against firm and industry standards
- Act as a point of escalation for queries and issues within the team
- Refine processes, systems, and methodologies to improve pitchbook quality
- Ensure all materials are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date in the knowledge base
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across regions and functions
- Consistently act as a business leader, prioritizing the firm's best interests in all interactions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree; experience in finance institutions or marketing preferred
- Minimum five years’ experience creating client pitches and sales presentations
- Strong knowledge of financial services and securities services industry
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and build effective working relationships
- Confidence and assertiveness in dealing with all levels of management
- Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Experience using centralized content management systems
- Leverage automation tools and AI-driven solutions in team workflows to enhance efficiency
- Outstanding written English and business writing skills
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel
