About this PositionPrimerica's Securities Operations department has a summer internship opportunity for a college student with an interest and familiarity in accounting/finance. This intern will work on an excel project, assisting with billing and forecasting.Salary range is $18–$22 per hour, depending on the student’s undergraduate level. Salary ranges for graduate students may vary.Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Work directly with AVP of Budgeting and Reporting to analyze third party invoices
- Enter amounts and quantities in a spreadsheet for tracking purposes
- Help develop forecasting excel sheets for the AVP to analyze the trends
- Help with process improvement in the department
Minimum Qualifications
- Working toward a Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related areas of study
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced skills with Excel (preferred)
