Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Associate
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support business initiatives and projects across Securities Operations, coordinating with stakeholders to drive execution, manage milestones, track dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
- Monitor operational risk, incidents, and controls, including incident tracking and escalation, control effectiveness reviews, risk assessments, and the identification of opportunities to strengthen governance and mitigate operational risks.
- Develop management reporting and business insights by analyzing operational data, performance metrics, and trends, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives by leveraging tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Xceptor to improve efficiency, reduce manual activities, enhance controls, and support continuous improvement across Securities Operations.
- 6 + Years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Experience in business analysis and/or project management, with the ability to support initiatives from planning through execution.
- Prior experience in the banking sector is required; experience within Securities Operations is preferred.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead effective discussions with senior management and cross-functional partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, professionally, and concisely.
- Experience in incident management, including tracking, escalation, resolution support, and post-incident analysis, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, with experience in analysing processes to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
- Experience preparing and publishing management reports that provide actionable insights into team performance, operational trends, and key business metrics.
- Proven ability to support control optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce manual controls through process efficiency, automation, and strengthened governance.
- Experience analysing controls and providing insights that enhance Securities Operations processes, strengthen risk oversight, and support continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of data analytics and automation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Xceptor.
- Experience in efficiency management, including process improvement, optimization, and performance enhancement initiatives.
Will to working in Shift 2:30PM - 11:30pm / 3:30pm - 12:30Am

Skills Required
- 6+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
- Prior experience in the banking sector
