The Head of Sector will lead a team of highly skilled Sector Managers to create and deliver the company’s strategic and operational plans. This role will be responsible for the end to end process of the disbursement account processing and communication within a defined sector. This includes demonstrating proactivity, efficiency and effectiveness in terms of managing finance, hiring and developing team members and services further to drive the growth of the business.
Requirements
§ Ability to inspire the team, effectively communicate the vision and ensure goals are clear and understandable.
§ Have the ability to deep dive into the processes, understand the intricacies of the system and how all the parts link together.
§ Good written and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate internally and externally what has happened in a factual manner, and to communicate action plans to drive the process forward.
§ Good skills in process improvement, customer service, communication, leadership, problem solving and team building.
§ Ability to create detailed project plans and high-level milestones across cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on track.
§ Ability to manage multiple people and processes at the same time and communicate to management any concerns regarding resources, timeline obstacles and prioritization
§ The capacity and capability to encourage innovation and creativity within the organisation
§ A leader who demonstrates high levels of decision making and influence.
