  • Develop, coordinate, execute and follow up of action plans concerning continuous improvement of products safety and quality in production section following analysis of consumer /trade /BU complaints, nonconforming products, accidents, quality KPI's, EPI's and projects.
  • Support of production process in terms of QA tasks
  • Assurance that all procedures related to QA, ISO are followed in production section and products produced in the section are in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Support Pest Control Activities.
  • Influence, support and train operators on a daily basis regarding GMP and process controls.


How you will contribute
1. Verifies process controls, including (but not limited to):
- Supervise and analyze quality and safety of the produced products
- Supervise and analyze process control records.
- Initiate, analyze and supervise corrective and preventive actions in case of non-conformity and verify the effectiveness.
- Instruments used in / at line to assure quality and safety of FP.
- Make sure that calibration for equipment used in the production section is performed and recorded according to schedule.
2. Non conforming products:
- Initiation of corrective and preventive actions together with the section team.
- Take decision in order to block non-conforming products and communicate it accordingly.
- Follow up identification, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, verification of effectiveness.
- Represent section in risk assessments
3. Training personnel within sections:
- On process controls (were identified as necessary) in tasks of QA
- Were gaps identified and education estimated as necessary (in consultation with QA and section managers).
- Active communication e.g. via info board and presentation during meetings in order to keep high QA/S&E knowledge.
4. Consumer / customer complaints:
- Follow up of consumer / customer complaints corrective actions and effectiveness.
- Support for investigation of consumer / customer complaints.
- Support QRA process in order to establish preventive actions.
5. Sanitation / Hygiene / Cleaning:
- Defines and implements cleaning and sanitation plans/frequencies within the plant according to relevant QP, Global Sanitation Manual and legal requirements.
- Implement and continuously update of cleaning procedures.
- Participate in periodic GMP audits.
- Line start up inspections after stoppages and for new products and equipment.
- Support pest control program.
- Responsible for external cleaning company.
- Follow up procedure within section using external cleaning contractors.
- Ensure that MDLZ rules/requirements are followed among external contractors and report if not.
6. Follow up of corrective and preventive actions concerning production section and verify effectiveness.
7. New processes/changes:
- Member of plant Food Safety Team (HACCP team).
- Follow up changes communicated to line operators.
- Quality control of first production together with central QA.
- Participate in equipment acceptance test and handover of completed projects to the production.
- Create new and update existing management system procedures.
- Make sure that all QA requirements are followed during trials
8. ISO System:
- Introducing company requirements (QP, manuals, sanitation Policies) into GMP procedure / calibration / traceability.
- Supervising procedure / instruction revisions of production section.
- Participation in internal audits.
- Support implementation of QA requirements within the section.
- Knowing, obeying and acting acc. to IMS procedures and other requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
- Assuring quality and food safety of products with reference all internal and external requirements (e.g. legal, clients', ISO standards).
9. Compliance
Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
10. Other
Executes other directly assigned activities by his/her Manager within his/her competences.
