About the Role:
Manufacturing Section Manager supports daily RTR assembly manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets. This role works closely with supervisors, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure stable operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop leadership capabilities in a high-volume manufacturing environment
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily assembly operations including die attach, wire bond, molding, plating, and Trim & Form.
Execute production plans to meet output, cycle time, and delivery targets.
Monitor line performance, yield, and downtime; troubleshoot and escalate issues.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Guide and support supervisors and operators, fostering skill development.
Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
Support new product introductions, line qualifications, and process improvements.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3–6 years in semiconductor assembly or high-volume electronics manufacturing; process engineer, production engineer, or shift supervisor experience is a plus.
Knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes, SPC, yield analysis, and problem-solving tools; Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure is a plus.
Strong leadership potential, excellent communication, teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
Ability to work on the shop floor, handle operational challenges, and perform under pressure.
