What you will do
A. Operations and Maintenance
Ensure uninterrupted operation of the following systems:
RODI (Reverse Osmosis Deionized) Plants
Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP)
Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
Regeneration Mixed Bed (MB) Column System
Batch Treatment Plant
UF (Ultrafiltration) Plant
Scrubber System
Raw Water Supply (Pump House)
Attend and resolve daily operational issues promptly
Arrange and coordinate all planned shutdown activities.
Optimise equipment operation to achieve energy-saving targets
Oversee the operations of the water waste laboratory
B. Preventive Maintenance & System Optimisation
Ensure timely preventive maintenance across all plant systems:
7 RODI Plants, 3 WWTPs, 2 STPs, MB Column System, Batch Treatment, UF Recycle Plant, Scrubber, and Pump House
Conduct capacity planning and support expansion initiatives
Update facility drawings and system layouts
Maintain and manage spare parts inventory
C. Compliance, Reporting & Audits
Act as liaison and main contact person for the Department of Environment (DOE) and other regulatory bodies
Coordinate and support audits conducted by government and external agencies (e.g., Allianz, Ecovision, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TS16949, customer, or investor)
Assist in compiling and submitting corporate environmental reports and Ecovision data
D. General Duties
Support the Operation Manager on daily facility-related issues
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the superior
What you will need
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water treatment plant operations or facility maintenance
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (DOE, ISO 14001, etc.) is an added advantage
