We are now looking for a Section Manager Digital Transformation, to join Nissan in Saudi Arabia to Lead NKSA Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Systems Integration, Automation, Data Governance and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. Primary priority: transform Sales Performance, Dealer Network Development (DND) and Non-Technical Training through integrated data, digital tools, governed BI and automation.  Secondary scope: develop scalable digital, data and AI capabilities that can support wider NKSA functions based on approved business priorities. You will act as the business-side technical lead and product owner bridging NKSA functions with Local IT, Regional IS/IT, Nissan enterprise platforms, dealers and technology partners. This role does not replace IT ownership. Translate operational needs into functional and technical requirements, integrate approved systems and data sources, automate data flows, and turn governed data into actionable management insight and measurable business value.

In this role you will:

Digital Transformation & Business Solutions

·       Own and maintain the prioritized NKSA transformation roadmap and backlog, with primary focus on Sales Performance, DND and Non-Technical Training.

·       Map current processes, identify manual/repetitive activity and redesign priority workflows using approved digital solutions such as Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, APIs and fit-for-purpose applications.

·       Develop or coordinate internal solutions including dealer assessment, DND expansion tracking, training/certification tools, workflow approvals, management action tracking and reporting automation.

·       Assess vendor technical proposals, architecture, scalability, integration approach, security, implementation effort and total cost of ownership before solution selection.

·       Measure before/after benefit realization including hours saved, cycle-time reduction, errors reduced, cost avoidance and user adoption.

Business Intelligence, Power BI & Enterprise Performance Management

·       Own the evolution of the NKSA Sales Performance Dashboard into an integrated performance-management environment.

·       Establish Power BI architecture, dashboard/UI standards, reusable data models, governed workspaces, deployment processes, refresh controls and adoption monitoring in coordination with IT.

·       Define common KPI architecture covering source, owner, logic, target, frequency and management use; prevent duplicate or conflicting reporting.

·       Build executive, functional, dealer and operational views with drill-down across NKSA, channel, dealer, branch, model and grade; enable trends, BP/LY/milestone comparisons, exception alerts and action tracking.

·       Expand analytics progressively to DND, Training, CX, CCS, Production and other approved functions.

Systems Integration, Data Engineering & Architecture

·       Map current-state systems, interfaces, data flows, ownership and dependencies across Salesforce, SAP, Dragon, CRM, LMS, dealer data, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and other approved platforms.

·       Identify manual interfaces, duplicate data handling, quality gaps and system limitations; define future-state integration priorities.

·       Document API/interface requirements, data mappings, business rules, transformation logic, refresh frequency, authentication, monitoring, exception handling and source-of-truth ownership.

·       Coordinate technical feasibility with Local IT, Regional IS/IT and enterprise system owners; support data pipelines, middleware and warehouse/lakehouse requirements where approved.

·       Maintain the Current-State System Map, Future-State Architecture, Data Flow Map, Integration Catalogue, Interface/API Register and Application Dependency Map.

Business-to-IT Translation & Technical Product Ownership

·       Lead workshops with business functions to convert problems and opportunities into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.

·       Act as the missing business-side technical owner between functions, NKSA Local IT and Regional IS/IT while respecting technology, architecture, cybersecurity and platform ownership.

·       Coordinate feasibility assessment, solution design, development priorities, testing, UAT, defect resolution, business readiness, cutover, go-live and post-launch stabilization.

·       Maintain a Digital Transformation Dependency & Risk Register covering Local IT, Regional IS/IT, data availability, APIs, licenses, budgets, vendors, security approvals and business ownership.

·       Escalate blocked dependencies through agreed governance with clear owner, due date and business impact

AI, Automation & Advanced Analytics

•         Develop a practical, governed NKSA AI roadmap focused on measurable business outcomes, not standalone experiments.

•         Prioritize approved use cases across forecasting assistance, lead scoring/prioritization, conversion and lost-sales analysis, dealer insights, executive summaries, exception identification, DND opportunity analysis, training/learning analytics and document intelligence.

•         Drive approved Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity use cases with appropriate security, privacy, human oversight and adoption controls.

•         Prototype and technically evaluate AI/automation opportunities, then coordinate scale-up with Local/Regional IS/IT and relevant owners.

•         Define value case, success measure and control requirements for every use case before production scaling.

Cross-Functional Analytics: Sales, CRM, DND & Training

•         Sales Performance: analytics for retail, fleet, IIR, TIV, market share, BP, LY, dealer/branch/model/grade, stock, production, arrivals, RTS, walk-ins, test drives, conversion and Sales Consultant performance.

•         CRM/Lead Intelligence: integrate approved lead sources; monitor source quality, ageing, SLA and conversion by dealer, branch, model, channel, consultant and campaign; structure lost-lead reasons and support approved scoring capabilities.

•         DND: network coverage, white-space analysis, market potential, site/candidate facility evaluation, dealer performance, expansion business cases and digital tracking.

•         Training: integrate LMS/certification data, automate completion reporting, analyze competency/assessment results, support Skills Contest analytics and link training indicators to business performance where meaningful.

Data Governance, Quality, Security & Single Source of Truth

•         Establish and maintain a data-governance operating model covering data ownership, authoritative source, KPI definition, refresh frequency, quality rules, access, security, retention and lineage.

•         Maintain Data Dictionary, KPI Dictionary, System/Data Map, Data Ownership Matrix, Data Quality Rules and Reporting Governance Framework.

•         Work within Nissan/NKSA architecture and cybersecurity governance; ensure role-based access, appropriate secret/credential handling, audit logging, backup/recovery and privacy-by-design.

•         Coordinate resolution of material data-quality and reconciliation issues with source owners; prevent uncontrolled integrations and shadow data solutions.

End-to-End Delivery, Change, Vendor & Benefit Management

•         Manage the solution lifecycle from problem definition and process mapping through requirements, data assessment, architecture, security review, development/configuration, integration, testing, UAT, training, go-live, monitoring and enhancement.

•         Coordinate Executive Management, Sales, DND, Training, CX, Finance, Marketing/Aftersales as relevant, Local IT, Regional IS/IT/AMIEO, dealers, platform owners and technology vendors.

•         Drive user readiness, training, adoption and change management; establish clear governance cadence and action ownership.

•         Track business benefits and continuous-improvement opportunities after go-live; maintain lessons learned and enhancement backlog.

•         Provide concise, governed management insights and support monthly/quarterly business reviews using trusted data.

What we are looking for:

•         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

•         Minimum 8 years relevant professional experience, preferably with ownership of enterprise-scale solutions across Digital Transformation, Enterprise Software, Data/BI, Systems Integration, API development/integration, Data Modelling, Automation, Business Applications, AI implementation or Solution Delivery.

•         Mandatory technical capabilities: Power BI, DAX/analytical modelling, SQL/SQL Server, dashboard architecture, KPI design, data modelling, REST APIs/web services, integration architecture, data pipelines, ETL/ELT concepts, data quality, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint and Azure ecosystem familiarity.

•         Business competencies: Business understanding, commercial awareness, ability to translate business needs into technical design, executive communication, stakeholder management, project leadership, structured problem solving, vendor management, change management and user adoption.

•         Strong technical-development capability is highly desirable, including C#/.NET or equivalent enterprise development, web/API architecture, modern web application concepts and enterprise application design.

•         Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) mandatory. Arabic preferred but not mandatory.
