Section Lead - Product Analysis & Consultancy

The Product Analysis & Consultancy Chapter plays a crucial role in supporting business process transformation with an outcome-focused approach. In the early stages of new opportunities, chapter members work alongside Product Teams and senior business leaders, using facilitation skills and critical analytical thinking to shape initiatives and drive deeper conversations. By understanding the business and demonstrating knowledge of the Roche technology landscape, chapter members facilitate the decision-making process by identifying optimal, customer-centric solutions and enabling their effective implementation to deliver maximum value.

As a Chapter Section Lead within the Product Development, Approval and License Maintenance Domain, you will focus on developing the capabilities of your section members in alignment with the chapter vision. You will encourage your team to define their own career journeys and seek out development opportunities that support these paths. Additionally, you will understand the roles within your section deeply to provide mentorship when needed.

The opportunity: 

  • Understand the current and future needs of the Product Development, Approval and License Maintenance Domain (PDALM), collaborating with Chapter leadership to develop strategic direction and ensure alignment with emerging capabilities. Support the demand intake process to meet collaborator priorities.

  • Evaluate, coach, and develop chapter members, providing regular feedback to help them grow. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and performance.

  • Co-create and maintain chapter strategies and workforce planning to ensure the right capabilities are in place. Allocate talent effectively across squads and drive functional excellence.

  • Optimize the demand intake process to ensure efficient mobilization of both internal and external resources. Continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance effectiveness.

  • Foster a collaborative environment where standards and best practices are developed, shared, and adhered to. Ensure the implementation of Catalyst’s guidelines, frameworks, and practices within the chapter.

Who you are:

  • Extensive leadership experience with a confirmed ability to build high-performing teams.

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree.

  • Demonstrates servant and creative leadership with a Lean-Agile Approach.

  • Strong acumen with the ability to navigate ambiguity, handle complexity, and cultivate collaboration across organizational boundaries.

  • Passionate about innovation, market trends, and empowering teams to act autonomously.

  • Salary range 23,000 - 27,000 PLN gross based on the employment contract.
