You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks
- Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
- Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst
- Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

Job Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and Support of Productivity Governance through VOLT and partner with Operations, Continuous Improvement and Procurement Teams.
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of KPI reporting to stakeholders .
- Support timely preparation of period transactions and month end journal entries, including Cross charges related to Trials and start up 's, accruals, and re-classes.
- Support productivity project savings with plant personnel and Engineering to build savings funnel to meet plant financial goals.
- Guarantee strict compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures related to internal controls, bin counts, cycle counts, and MRO counts. Ensure all bin counts completed quarterly .
- Support timely and accurate new product development and costing. Help to identify cost drivers at the site for further productivity potential savings, business partnering with R&D and BD. teams.
Education / Certifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in Finance, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Finance and Manufacturing.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing finance environment.
- Well organized with good analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.
- Proven track record of self-management and time management.
- Good PC literacy in terms of SAP & other manufacturing applications and MS Office.
