Ibtdara is a Jeddah-based business consultancy specializing in helping non-Saudi nationals establish and operate fully owned companies in Saudi Arabia. We support clients with business setup, licensing, commercial registration, premium residency, and ongoing compliance.
We are looking for an experienced SECP & Incorporation Specialist with strong hands-on knowledge of SECP procedures, company incorporation, corporate changes, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage SECP-related processes from documentation through submission and completion.
- Handle company incorporation and registration through SECP, including documentation, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Manage post-incorporation matters, including share transfers, changes in shareholding, directors/officers, and company amendments.
- Prepare and submit SECP statutory filings, returns, and corporate documents accurately and on time.
- Handle SECP queries, objections, and regulatory follow-ups.
- Maintain corporate records and monitor statutory compliance deadlines.
- Manage FBR registrations and related compliance requirements where required.
- Handle Saudi Embassy documentation, attestations, and official correspondence when required.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in SECP, company incorporation, and corporate compliance
- Practical knowledge of SECP procedures, incorporation, post-incorporation matters, share transfers, and statutory filings
- Experience using SECP systems and eZfile
- Understanding of Pakistani corporate law and compliance requirements
- Strong documentation, organization, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently with attention to detail and deadlines
- Experience with FBR and Saudi Embassy processes
