ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):

• Prep and execute nightly and or daily cycles within QRM framework to calculate company’s position.
• Assist team with MBS / CASH Pool creation
• Interact daily with internal and external clients.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan-level data + pool-level data used for pricing, delivery, and settlements.
• Reconciliation of all Pools/Trades updated with correct prices and Net monies prior to settlement date to clear through Clearing Agent.
• Execute pre and post settlement activities to ensure accurate and timely investor settlement.
• Request and manage EINs, GNMA Commitment Authority, and FNMA/FHLMC pool numbers and CUSIPs.
• Oversee ongoing QRM maintenance, including grids, tuners, and system configuration updates.
• Manage loan movement, updates, and data corrections across Blue Sage and related platforms.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proactive, forward-thinking approach with strong initiative and problem-anticipation skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with effective prioritization under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, including reconciling data across multiple systems (e.g., PCL, Blue Sage, GNMA, FNMA/FHLMC Delivery, QRM).
• High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to generate reports, data extracts, and analysis for internal and external partners.
• Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as business needs evolve.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• 5+ years of mortgage or secondary operations experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Growth-minded and focused on continuous improvement. Efficiency-driven and comfortable streamlining workflows.

PREFERRED EDUCATION

• BS/BA College Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years in a Loan Operations role

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
