RESPONSIBILITIES

(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):

• Prep and execute market/portfolio cycle within QRM framework to calculate company’s position
• Interact daily with internal and external clients
• Assist team with MBS Pool creation and Bid Pool Auctions
• Reconcile MBS trades / prices
• Update and maintenance within QRM on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Generating reports/data for clients and internal business partners
• Consult with business decision makers and understand their needs

QUALIFICATIONS

(To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)

• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving & the ability to reconcile issues between different systems (ex. Blue Sage, Ginnie Mae, FNMA Loan Delivery, FHLMC Selling System, QRM, etc)
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, work environment
• Capable of identifying potential risks and having the ability to formulate mitigating solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
