Secondary Marketing Analyst

Reports to: Director of Secondary Marketing

Summary:

The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing a variety of analytical projects across several departments 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Secure and manage rate locks for a large pipeline of loans from multi production channels
• Coordinate wire requests with various warehouse providers for mortgage loan disbursements
• Analyze various pricing scenarios to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with various program requirements
• Monitor warehouse lines to ensure adequate capacity for company funding needs
• Report on various production benchmarks and SLAs
• Ad hoc reporting as needed by senior management
• Other assigned duties as requested

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate rapidly with competing priorities by phone and in writing
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid decision-making skills with ability to display professionalism towards both internal and external clients
• Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously 
• Mortgage experience required
