What will you be doing?
- SEC Reporting & External Financial Statements
- Lead the preparation, coordination, review, and filing of Form 20-F and Form 6-K, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and IFRS.
- Own and manage the full SEC reporting calendar, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality filings.
- Review consolidated financial statements, notes, and disclosures under IFRS.
- Ensure consistency across consolidated financials, SEC filings, management reporting, and investor-facing materials.
- Partner closely with Legal, Investor Relations, and external advisors on disclosure matters.
- Internal Controls & Governance
- Own and maintain effective Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) within the SEC reporting and consolidation scope.
- Design, document, and continuously improve reporting and consolidation controls, policies, and procedures.
- Support internal and external audits, including coordination with auditors and remediation of findings.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and data quality issues across consolidation and reporting activities.
- Lead automation and standardization initiatives in collaboration with Finance Systems and IT teams.
- Drive scalable solutions to support business growth and increasing reporting complexity.
- IFRS Technical Accounting
- Support the assessment of accounting treatment for complex or non-routine transactions impacting consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
- Contribute to the maintenance and interpretation of group accounting policies, ensuring alignment with IFRS and external reporting requirements.
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong experience in SEC reporting, including Form 20-F and Form 6-K.
- Hands-on experience with group consolidation in a multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of IFRS financial statements and disclosure requirements.
- Experience working with internal controls over financial reporting.
- Certified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Strong technical expertise in SEC reporting and consolidation.
- High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Clear, structured, and effective communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on automation and scalability.
