Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Training Coordinator. This is a seasonal role from approximately March-July. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and impactful training sessions for our seasonal staff. You will collaborate closely with the Product Delivery team to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and meets the needs of both our staff and stakeholders. The position involves facilitating both in-person and virtual training on key topics related to the role, company procedures, and best practices. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage training logistics, and ensure a seamless training experience will be essential to the success of our seasonal team and their overall performance.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and breakdown for each plenary training event including A/V testing, PowerPoint, chair and tables, materials and clean up.
- Monitor each individual program team break out room to ensure meetings have proper curriculum training materials.
- Set up WorldStrides welcome signs and training flyers.
- Set up and manage attendee registration materials such at laptops, name badges and team member handbooks.
- Provide in person support during training sessions such as monitoring engagement, ensure A/V is working and be available for the faciliators needs.
- Move and deliver to breakout rooms training materials such as team member handbooks, scholar handbooks, curriculum supplies, robots, etc.
- Organize training storage room to keep accurate inventory count of the program and training materials.
- Positioned at the onsite training office to provide customer service to attendees needing assistance.
- Provide onsite office tasks as needed such as printing, flipchart creation and event tracking.
- Tracks daily attendee attendance during training sessions.
- Create and run attendee evening social events
Qualifications:
- Evening and weekend work is required.
- Must be able to lift up tp 50 pounds.
