Follow several specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence, such as entering vaccination administration into the state immunization registry and EMR, verifying immunization registry history, uploading resident roster into Track portal.
- HS diploma or GED
- General office experience preferred
- Experience utilizing a variety of office software, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work in one place and traverse the office on a continuing basis
- Due to PHI data, adherence to HIPPA requirements.
