Position Title: Electronic Banking (Wire Processing) - Seasonal Associate
Business Unit: Processing Operations
Reports To: Supervisor of Electronic Banking
Position Overview:
This seasonal position supports wire transfer operations by reviewing, verifying, and processing wire payments. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with internal policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements while facilitating efficient wire processing for business clients and internal transactions.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Reviews wire payments for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Keys wire payments from one system to the next, ensuring data integrity and proper transaction flow.
• Verifies wire payments submitted by business clients, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identifies and resolves discrepancies in wire instructions, collaborating with internal teams and clients as needed.
• Assists in maintaining accurate records of wire transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
• Responds to internal inquiries related to wire transfers, providing timely and accurate information.
• Adheres to the Bank’s risk management program in all wire processing activities.
