The Seasonal Administrative Specialist position is in person, part-time, in our Rockford, IL office.
Responsibilities:

• Organize and scan client organizers and tax documents
• Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment
• Assist other staff with overflow work

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a professional services setting required
• Requires clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, and accurate grammar usage
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure and time deadlines, with great attention to detail
• Ability to work with a diverse group of clients and employees, and maintaining a positive attitude towards work, the firm, and the team

The estimated base pay range for this role is $18.00 - $28.00 / hour, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
