We are seeking a seasonal Autoflow Processor in our Bellingham, Washington office. Seasonal Autoflow Processor

Plays a crucial role in streamlining the tax and accounting process for our organization. This role is responsible for utilizing the CCH Autoflow software to efficiently import and organize financial data from various sources to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance client service. Seasonal Autoflow Processor will verify the accuracy and completeness of imported data, making necessary adjustments or corrections.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Importing client documents into the CCH Autoflow system

  • Verifying the accuracy of the data Autoflow extracts from the scanned documents

  • Identifying and correcting any mismatches between scanned documents and extracted data

  • Providing updates on the status of documents and data imports via the Practice Management system

  • Inserting Documents into the document management system

  • Assisting Administrative staff with various duties

  • Various clerical duties as required by clients and staff

  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Requirements:

  • Requires graduation from high school or equivalent.

  • At least two (2) years of administrative experience, prior experience working in a CPA firm a plus.

  • Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn other software programs quickly.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Top notch organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

  • Detail oriented with a commitment to produce consistently accurate work.

  • Positive and friendly with a service-oriented focus.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

This is a SEASONAL position in our Bellingham office. January 2026- April 2026.
