We’re looking for a Search & Growth Manager to help accelerate XTM’s visibility, pipeline growth, and digital performance across paid search, SEO, and emerging AI-powered search experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You won’t just direct campaigns — you’ll build them, optimize them, analyze results, and continuously improve performance. You’ll own both paid and organic search while helping establish XTM’s presence in AI-generated answer experiences and next-generation search platforms.
You’ll work cross-functionally with content, design, web operations, RevOps, and leadership teams to drive measurable growth and revenue impact.
What You’ll Be DoingPaid Search — Setup, Management & OptimisationCampaign Execution- Build and launch paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing from the ground up
- Conduct keyword research and define campaign structures, bidding strategies, ad groups, extensions, and targeting approaches
- Create and test ad copy variations to improve engagement and conversion performance
- Monitor campaigns daily and proactively optimize performance
- Adjust bids, pause underperforming activity, refine targeting, and identify growth opportunities
- Continuously improve Quality Scores, CTR, landing page relevance, and keyword efficiency
- Present data-backed recommendations related to budget allocation, campaign expansion, and growth opportunities
- Track full-funnel performance using HubSpot Ads integration and attribution reporting
- Use AI tools to accelerate ad copy testing, keyword analysis, and campaign optimization workflows
- Apply AI-assisted bidding strategies and audience segmentation where performance gains can be demonstrated
- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on buyer intent and revenue impact
- Conduct keyword research, clustering, competitive analysis, and search opportunity identification
- Collaborate with the Content team to guide page structure, metadata, headers, and on-page SEO improvements
- Produce scalable, AI-assisted content briefs that support efficient content production without sacrificing quality
- Define technical SEO requirements and partner with the HubSpot & Web Operations Specialist for implementation
- Support initiatives related to indexing, crawlability, schema markup, and site performance
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and engagement metrics using Search Console and SEO reporting tools
- Measure SEO impact against defined growth and pipeline targets
A key focus of this role is helping XTM become a trusted and cited source within AI-generated answers and search experiences.
AI Search Visibility- Develop and execute an Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategy across AI-powered search and answer platforms
- Define structured data and schema requirements to improve discoverability in AI-generated responses
- Monitor brand citations and mentions across AI search environments
- Test how XTM content is surfaced and referenced by large language models and AI systems
- Stay informed on emerging AI search trends and translate findings into practical experiments and optimizations
- Define and improve paid and organic search attribution models within HubSpot and Salesforce
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that clearly communicate channel performance and ROI
- Use analytics and AI-powered reporting tools to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
RequirementsExperience & Expertise
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns
- Experience building campaigns from scratch, not solely managing existing programs
- Demonstrated success optimizing campaigns for lead quality, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Strong working knowledge of SEO strategy, on-page optimization, and search performance analysis
Experience with:
- Google Ads
- Google Search Console
- SEO rank-tracking tools
- HubSpot campaign tracking and attribution
- AI-powered research and productivity tools
Google Ads certification is preferred.
AI & Search Knowledge- Strong understanding of how AI-powered search and answer engines surface and cite content
- Comfortable using AI tools daily for research, analysis, copywriting, reporting, and optimization workflows
- Curiosity about emerging search technologies and AI-driven discovery experiences
- Commercial mindset focused on pipeline growth and revenue impact
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with marketers, designers, developers, and operations teams
