About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented SEO Specialist to lead our efforts in driving organic traffic, improving search visibility, and optimizing conversion across both global and local markets. This is a highly impactful role where you’ll collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to shape and execute our SEO strategy.

You’ll be hands-on with both strategic direction and detailed execution, leveraging the latest tools, data, and frameworks to grow performance through scalable, sustainable SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page areas.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize metadata, page structure, content hierarchy, and internal linking for maximum SEO impact.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO with broader business goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Address technical SEO issues related to site crawlability, mobile responsiveness, site speed, and structured data.
• Stay current with evolving search engine algorithms, and proactively adjust strategies as needed.
• Support marketing campaigns with SEO insights and recommendations to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO with strong results in traffic and ranking improvements.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
• Technical SEO knowledge (crawlability, schema markup, site speed, mobile-first indexing).
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, content, and marketing teams.
  

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with international SEO and geo-targeting strategies.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, or ETL pipelines.
• Exposure to AI tools or automation workflows in marketing.
• Understanding of broader digital growth channels (e.g., paid ads, CRO, content strategy).
