Dillard’s is looking for a Search Engine Optimization Analyst to work with our Digital Advertising team in our corporate headquarters. This individual must have excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have an eye for detail. The Search Engine Optimization Analyst will have analytical and implementation responsibilities surrounding SEO best practices and improvement and on-site search which will need to be made in a timely fashion and on a relevant basis. The need for competent communication skills with a good assessment of workday priorities will be necessary. Details are of paramount importance in this job. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized, proficient in spelling, grammar, and punctuation, and have strong computer skills as well as a passion for fashion and retail.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Background in retail, fashion, or business; eCommerce environment experience preferred.
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- Strong command of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Collaborative skill to work within the digital marketing and ecommerce teams on a larger scale project basis
- Passionate about fashion, retail, and the latest trends.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a deadline-driven environment
