We are currently hiring a Search Analytics Specialist to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!

YOU ARE: An analytical thinker and search optimization expert who thrives on solving digital experience challenges. You’re passionate about improving user journeys and delivering data-backed insights that make a tangible impact. In this role, you will analyze on-site search data, surface insights, and optimize configurations to ensure our ecommerce search experience drives customer engagement, product discovery, and conversion. 

 

OUR DAY-TO-DAY: 

  • Monitor and analyze site search metrics, keyword trends, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities 

  • Own the on-site search experience—leveraging tools like Algolia, Elasticsearch, or similar to reduce friction and improve relevance 

  • Collaborate with UX and Product teams to enhance filtering, taxonomy, and browsing pathways 

  • Identify and fix low-performing or zero-result searches using data insights and experimentation 

  • Partner with Merchandising to ensure priority products and campaigns are discoverable via search 

  • Create dashboards and reports for search KPIs such as CTR, bounce rate, null search volume, and conversion 

  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate impact of search improvements 

  • Clearly communicate findings and strategy to cross-functional teams and stakeholders 

  

YOU’LL BRING: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce analytics, site search, SEO, or UX-focused digital optimization 

  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Algolia, Elasticsearch, GA4, Looker, or Adobe Analytics 

  • Fluency in Excel or SQL for data exploration and modeling 

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX/UI best practices, and taxonomy structures 

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights 

  • A curious, strategic mindset with a passion for enhancing digital customer journeys 

  • Experience using graphic production software (Adobe Creative suite) 

  • Experience with Copywriting and Brand Voice
