ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sealants Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building sealants and concrete patch and repair projects from planning through completion across the Jacksonville and Kissimmee plant regions. This role manages project budgets, schedules, procurement, and field coordination across multiple concurrent jobsites to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for project execution and works closely with field supervisors, general contractors, subcontracted patching crews, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. Work follows precast erection — once panels are set, crews patch, point, and caulk the building envelope.
