About the Job
- Handling Seafreight Shipments (Export/Import/Crosstrade), from Pick-Up to Delivery
- Processing inquiries
- Communication with customers, shipping companies, authorities, branches, and partners worldwide
- File Maintenance according to internal guidelines
- Preparing and checking transport documents
- Monitoring and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Handling of claims and damages
- Supporting process optimization
- Promoting operational excellence and best-in-class services
- Completed vocational training in the field of Freight Forwarding and Logistics
- Outgoing, communicative Freight Forwarding personality
- Work experience in the field of Seafreight
- Curious to learn new things

- Confident handling of MS Office products (e.g. Excel)
