we are seeking for Seafreight Export LCL Operation Executive to join our team in our EGS/Istanbul Dunya Ticaret Merkezi - Bakırköy Istanbul office.
Key Responsibilities
- To work with all suppliers, agents and related department in order to meet with customer demands in compliance with international and domestic regulations.
- Arrange pick-up and transportation as per instructions
- Invoicing of file, Monitor Events, archive file
- To work in cost effective and following GP margin per trade , customer and file basis and lead to month closing financially .
- Responsible of financial control and result.
- To work with overseas offices /agents and pricing department closely to maximize utilization.
- Expected to suggest improvements that will enhance the company’s profit margins as well as volume.
- To work on / report all customer complaints and expected to be able to negotiate claims.
- Monitor and report on international trade trends and developments.
- Monitor, analyze and identify compliance issues and take corrective actions.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant international freight forwarding experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point) ; Knowledge of procedures for international and domestic freight, trucking and warehouse services ; Dangerous goods awareness
- self-driven, dynamic, Can-do attitude, team spirit
- Good written verbal communication skills
- Stress resistant and able to handle emergency
- Candidate must be fluent in English
- No military obligation for male candidates
