You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.
How you will contribute
To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

- Provides Southeast Asia Mondelez Supply Chain (MSC) feasibility perspectives linked with the specific project scope mainly for growth, productivity, and infrastructure. Identifies the capital and capital related expenses, optimum layout, equipment, and phasing over time to meet the project scope objectives
- Manages communications interface and project governance within Southeast Asia Mondelez Supply Chain (MSC) and key stakeholders.
- Leads a cross functional project team at plant and BU level
- Ensures successful execution of the projects in accordance with Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) by leveraging Innovation Initiative Management (IIM) principles,
- Identifies cost effective, high savings productivity solutions and develops project in order to improve performance, product quality, safety and sustainability, yield and manufacturing cycle times
- Fulfil requirements for: design phase (e.g., Risk analysis, design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)), implementation phase (e.g., Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT)), start-up (e.g., Commissioning, Qualification and Verification (CQV) planning, Vertical Start-up (VSU) assessments) and successfully handover to the plant
- Creation of flexibility and capability with focus on zero losses and 100% engagement
- Responsible for all cluster capital investment initiatives and as such for achieving the plants Compelling Business Need (CBN) including safety, service, cash flow, productivity, and growth targets.
- Ensure strong linkage to regional and global capability building teams leveraging available programs to drive team development.
- Deliver equipment designs according to IL6S requirements (AM step 3, PM step 2)
- Build capability on site level required to ensure Vertical Start up

- Accountable for managing large scale capital investment projects, providing leadership during concept/design stage, implementation and start-up phases are executed at highest level of efficiency, quality and employee safety. Projects include growth investments, productivity, and infrastructure projects
Education / Certifications:
- Min. of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering background is preferable
- Proven Project Management skills
- Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, project management software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Qualified in IL6S with focus on IIM
Job specific requirements:
- Experience working across multiple countries and regions
- Good knowledge in confectionery and snacks technology and suppliers of respective equipment
- ISC relevant experience (plant management)
- Training or mentoring experience
- Experience in IL6S with focus on IIM
- Experience in designing equipment to meet AM and PM standards
