What Will You Be Doing ?
- Communication with suppliers, vendors and overseas offices/agents
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Manage shipment documentation and invoicing process
- On time & accurate shipment update to customers through our system.
- Effective operation handling to customers and overseas offices /agents
What you will need ?
- Experience sea cargo handling and pricing min 2-4 years.
- Fluently English in written and verbally.
- Pro-Active thinking and ability to understand customer need.
- Customer oriented
- Experience in working multi-national team members
- Good level of relation with sea carriers
- Knowledge in cargo Wise is an asset
