Main Job Purpose:
Quality in Design – lead Quality requirements early in the innovations cycle Risk management – support the management of risk and mitigation Manufacturing – support for SRT, LRT and first production Distribution – support in transit tests and development of products MP alignment – development with MP and hand over to MP team Quality Leadership within innovation – leverage digital for improvement opportunities Partner with TPL to flawlessly execute the TRA for innovation and other change, what consists on risk identification and mitigation across the region, support risk identification, develop mitigation / contingency plan, implement actions, follow ups with the areas and communication to stakeholders Support the Project Risk Assessment (Level 3) Support the Quality KPIs (incident, complaints, PQS) Support the Quality management System process for the most relevant topics HACCP plan development, harmonization GMP, Allergen mgt, hygienic design, foreign matter, SPC Lead early PQS development and implementation

In-depth experience in manufacturing technologies in design/ technology/ operations roles.
Project Delivery (All sub skills - Fully Operational)
WCM EPM (Working Knowledge)
Change management
Basic knowledge on R&D formulation and packaging
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing and Change management
Solid experience in managing E2E project spanning across technologies.
Self-driven: strong drive to learn and high intensity to deliver target
Influencing and strong communication skill to collaborate and to drive others
Has proven experience on leading digital projects in FMCG industries (processing and packing)
