The Impact You’ll Make 

As the first point of contact for Amperon’s future clients, you’ll ensure a world-class experience from the very first interaction. Serving electricity markets across the U.S., Canada, and Australia, you’ll generate new opportunities, create lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is an Account Executive track position with a competitive base and uncapped commission potential in a market hungry for innovation. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Identify high-potential businesses and conduct outbound prospecting in your territory. 
  • Qualify prospects by uncovering needs, challenges, and opportunities where Amperon can deliver value. 
  • Engage prospects with clear, compelling communication and build relationships that generate new business. 
  • Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to position Amperon effectively. 
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in HubSpot. 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

  • 1–3 years of experience, ideally in the energy or power markets, with a track record of top performance. 
  • Coachable and eager to learn, with the ability to take feedback and improve quickly. 
  • Competitive drive and resilience, balanced with strong collaboration skills. 
  • Clear communicator who is highly motivated, efficient, and passionate about Amperon’s mission.

Skills Required

  • 1-3 years of experience (ideally in the energy or power markets)
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting and territory research
  • Ability to qualify prospects by uncovering needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM to maintain accurate interaction and opportunity records
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Coachable, receptive to feedback, competitive drive, resilience, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for energy, data, and company mission
