👤 We are looking for...

…an experienced SDR Manager to join our team and help us drive Abacum’s growth and success!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating a team of SDRs to achieve their sales goals and drive Abacum’s growth. You will actively participate in sales activities alongside your team, develop and execute the outbound sales strategy, and provide hands-on coaching and support. Your responsibilities will also include hiring new team members and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Barcelona office. 

📣 Being an SDR Manager at Abacum means you...

  • Develop and execute the allbound sales strategy for the SDR team
  • Monitor and manage SDR performance against the team’s goals and objectives
  • Lead, motivate and coach the SDR team to ensure they are delivering the highest quality of service
  • Act as a player coach to inspire and motivate the team during cold calling power hours etc
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase team performance
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Track and report on key metrics such as activity (calls, new accounts, meetings) and results (pipeline and outbound $ARR)
  • Create and maintain sales processes and procedures to ensure success
  • Collaborate with other teams such as Marketing and Product to ensure alignment and success

🛠 What we need…

  • 3+ years of experience in business development in a B2B SaaS company
  • At least 18 months of leading, managing and motivating outbound SDRs
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Experience with outbound sales strategies and tactics (cold calling, emailing, social, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with sales and marketing tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Lusha, LI Sales Nav, Gong and more! )
  • A deep understanding of sales metrics and processes
  • Experience supporting complex sales processes and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • C1 English both written and spoken, any additional languages a plus
