What’s the job?
As an Expansion SDR at Connecteam, you will work closely with our CS Expansion team. You will engage with our existing customers and prospect into a defined target audience as part of our new expansion efforts.
Your role would be to help expand our customers’ usage of our platform by identifying growth potential within those clients that have been using Connecteam as an integral part of their business and making sure they are maximizing the usage of our services.
What you'll be doing:
- As an expansion SDR you’ll help us engage with our customers via calls/email/social
- Identify the qualified leads and set up qualified demos for the expansion team and create as many growth opportunities as possible.
- Manage all of your prospecting efforts in our CRM tool (HubSpot) to ensure we can track all sales and prospecting activity.
- Work in close collaboration with the Expansion team members and team leads to provide feedback on the lead quality, possible new lead sources, and industry/product insights.
- Prospecting and conducting proactive outreach to our existing customers in order to identify potential upsell opportunities and expansion.
- Take part in engaging with different populations and business sizes to help expand opportunities for lead generation
***The position requires availability during US business hours and days: Monday - Friday, US Hours***
What you'll bring with you:
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/ any other client facing position.
- Hunger for success, high energy, self-motivation, team player, happy person with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Willingness to get scrappy, we’re a start-up!
- Native English speaker - must!
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills Self-starter, goal-orientated, and customer-centric.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a startup environment
- High tolerance for rejection and the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
