SDET SR - C#

Job Summary

As an SDET, you should be close to the stakeholders to understand the functionalities and implement the tests. You will also have to ensure the quality of the new created tests and monitor test execution and general coverage of tests.
Providing quality reports for the products and environments managed, as well, working actively with your team peers and superior for the process of continues improvement and prevention of incidents.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Automate tests through the use of test automation tools;
  
• Interact with the Software Development team in order to complete ticket cycles;
  
• Analyze system and applications and propose test strategy;
  
• Participate in technical discussions with the customer;
  
• Coordinate with the development team to drive product quality;
  
• Report/Monitor/Verify issues in defect tracking tool (JIRA with Xray);
  
• Continuously improve the automation, speed, quality, and ease of testing;
  
• Create Test Cases and execute manual tests;
  
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and transparent environment where talent is valued over a role title.

Essential Skills

• Experience with C# for testing web applications;
• Experience with Cucumber or other BDD framework;
  
• Knowledge of creating scripts using automated testing tools and end-to-end test framework;
  
• Good Web testing experience (React app);
  
• Good REST API testing experience;
  
• Basic AWS services.
  

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience developing test cases/plans and ability to analyze code to identify the root cause of issues;
  
• Experience working with testing tools: Selenium;
  
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum / Kanban environment.
