We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join a core engineering team responsible for building scalable products and platform capabilities from the ground up. This role is ideal for experienced software engineers who thrive as individual contributors, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and are passionate about designing high-performance applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production monitoring. Working closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to building reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems while driving engineering excellence and continuous innovation.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Own the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services that support business growth and evolving product requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
• Analyze complex technical problems and implement efficient, scalable solutions using sound object-oriented design principles.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects while ensuring production stability and quality.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, QA, and engineering teams to deliver robust software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions to maintain engineering standards.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and development practices to improve product quality and engineering efficiency.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a strong background as an individual contributor.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design patterns, and architectural trade-offs.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance enterprise or internet-scale applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for building reliable and maintainable software.
• Experience working in fast-paced technology organizations or high-growth product environments is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying issues early, improving software quality, and continuously learning new technologies.
