What we’re looking for:
Join the AI team to build production interfaces and APIs that bring GenAI features to life in
enterprise FSM workflows. You'll own end-to-end development—from backend services to
frontend experiences—working directly with AI engineers to ship intelligent automation.
What You'll Build:
AI-powered interfaces – Build UIs and APIs that integrate LLM features into field
service workflows.
Backend services – Design APIs that connect AI models with enterprise data and
business logic.
Real-time features – Implement live updates, notifications, and data sync for field teams
Integration layer – Connect AI capabilities with existing FSM modules and third-party
systems.
Production infrastructure – Deploy, monitor, and optimize services at enterprise scale.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Skills
Full stack development – Node.js or Python backend + React/Vue.js frontend
API design – RESTful/GraphQL services with proper authentication and versioning
Database experience – SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Cloud deployment – AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS)
Production mindset – Testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and debugging at scale
