FloBiz builds AI for the world’s small businesses. Our flagship product, myBillBook, is India’s #1 billing, stock management & accounting platform, trusted by over 1 crore MSMEs across 18,000+ pincodes. On top of that foundation, we are now building a family of agentic AI products. This is AI that doesn’t just answer questions but does the work: making calls, booking appointments, collecting payments, and closing loops that used to need a full-time employee.
Today that family of products live in two markets: MyCashFlo, our AI collections manager for Indian businesses, and heyAnaya, our AI front desk for clinics in the UAE. Both run on a voice AI platform we built entirely in-house, with 881,000+ completed calls and counting across 12 languages from Hindi to Gulf Arabic.

The engineering problems are the kind only this scale creates. Core transaction tables run into billions of rows and still have to answer in milliseconds, because a shopkeeper mid-sale does not wait. Invoices, payments and stock movements land every second from mobile, web and desktop, and every one of them feeds user-facing analytics: 25 reports, dashboards and insights computed over years of transaction history, read by business owners every morning and served fresh.
myBillBook is also where FloBiz's AI meets its largest audience. Our document AI reads crumpled bills, thermal prints and handwriting into ledger-ready data - 6.68 million line items across 108,000+ businesses so far. An agent tool layer exposes the platform's core operations - stock.query, invoice.create, payment.reconcile, ledger.balance - so AI agents can raise an invoice or reconcile a payment with the same guarantees as a human tapping a button.

- Work in a fast-paced, agile culture shipping features with immediate business impact. Your code changes how a real business bills, manages stock and gets paid, often within days of merging.
- Own features end to end across the platform, collaborating closely with product, backend and Design teams.
- Work in a builder mode, partnering closely with Product to shape solutions, iterate quickly and contribute to product decisions, not just implementation.
- Build and scale the frontend systems that serve over a crore businesses, working across Angular, React and Flutter Web to deliver fast, reliable experiences across devices and network conditions.
- Build and evolve our microfrontend architecture, enabling teams to independently develop, deploy and scale different parts of the product without compromising the overall user experience.
- Build framework-agnostic components and shared frontend capabilities that work across applications and technology stacks.
- Build AI-native product experiences around document intelligence and agents, making AI actions intuitive, reviewable and safe for businesses using them on real financial data.
- Drive frontend performance, observability and reliability across a large and continuously evolving web application.
- Build with AI, not just on it. AI-powered development tools and workflows are how we work every day, and we expect you to push that frontier with us
- 1+ years of core software engineering experience, preferably in a product startup.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, preferably Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of web fundamentals including HTML, CSS, browser APIs, rendering, networking and performance.
- Ability to write clean, modular and maintainable code with DRY/KISS and SOLID principles in mind.
- Experience writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests with good code coverage.
- Experience building large-scale frontend applications; exposure to microfrontend architectures and framework-agnostic components is a strong plus.
- Experience identifying and solving frontend performance problems across different browsers, devices and network conditions.
- Good understanding of frontend architecture, state management, component design and building reusable UI systems.
- A proactive approach to leveraging AI in software development, with an eagerness to explore and implement AI-assisted workflows for enhanced productivity and problem-solving.
