Забезпечення своєчасної обробки вхідних і вихідних митних документів, а також надання необхідної інформації та документів внутрішнім підрозділам щодо щоденних імпортно-експортних операцій.
ОСНОВНІ ЗАВДАННЯ
Своєчасна обробка запитів на відвантаження, включаючи виконання необхідних комунікацій та дій для забезпечення правильного і своєчасного оформлення експортної документації відповідно до вимог компанії:
- Перевірка наявності та класифікації матеріалів.
- Підготовка товаросупровідної документації для відвантаження у форматах Excel та PDF.
- Виконувати інші обов’язки та завдання за дорученням керівництва.
Регулярна обробка запитів на продаж у системі SAP, що надходять електронною поштою або через додаткові інструменти:
- Перевірка замовлень на закупівлю (Purchase Orders) та основних даних клієнтів у SAP.
- Перевірка та валідація цін.
- Оформлення продажів у SAP, включаючи створення замовлень на продаж, поставок та рахунків-фактур.
Підготовка та аналіз звітності в системах SAP та Microsoft Excel.
КВАЛІФІКАЦІЯ
- Середня спеціальна або вища освіта за відповідним напрямом.
- Бажаний досвід роботи у сфері логістики, митного оформлення або суміжних галузях.
- Аналітичні та комунікаційні навички, впевнене володіння ПК та програмами Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Здатність працювати в режимі багатозадачності, ефективно визначати пріоритети, дотримуватися стислих термінів виконання завдань та адаптуватися до постійних змін пріоритетів.
- Бажане знання англійської мови на рівні А2.
