Job Summary:
We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and ensure effective execution of development activities using Scrum methodologies and Jira-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Manage Jira boards, backlog prioritization, and sprint tracking
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure team productivity
- Track and report team performance metrics and velocity
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
- Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks
- Experience working with software development teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cloud or AWS-based projects
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams
